Web48.ltd offers professional website design and development services tailored to small and medium-sized businesses. Our service packages include:
€299 one-time payment
€49 per month
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. The following payment terms apply:
A one-time payment of €299 is required before project commencement. This payment is non-refundable once work has begun, except under the conditions outlined in our refund policy (Section 5).
A recurring monthly fee of €49 is automatically charged on the same day each month, starting after website delivery. This subscription covers hosting, maintenance, and unlimited support.
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment gateway:
If monthly maintenance payments fail or are not received within 7 days of the due date, we reserve the right to suspend your website and services until payment is made. Suspended websites may be taken offline temporarily.
We are committed to delivering your website within 48 hours from the moment we receive all required materials and information from you.

The 48-hour delivery guarantee begins only after we receive complete information, including all text content, images, logos, branding guidelines, and specific requirements. Incomplete or delayed information from your side may extend the delivery timeline.
We stand behind the quality of our work and offer transparent refund and cancellation policies to ensure your satisfaction.
We offer a full refund of your €299 initial payment under the following conditions:
We fail to deliver your website within 48 hours of receiving all required materials.
You are not satisfied with the final result and request a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
You may cancel the €49/month maintenance service with the following terms:
30 Days Notice: Provide written notice 30 days before your next billing date.
No Partial Refunds: No refunds for partial months or unused days.
Ownership Retained: You keep full ownership of website files and content after cancellation.
After cancellation, hosting and support services will cease at the end of your billing period.
To ensure timely delivery and optimal results, clients are responsible for fulfilling the following requirements:
Provide all text content, images, logos, and branding materials in a timely manner. High-quality assets ensure a professional final product.
Respond to questions, feedback requests, and approval requests within 24 hours to keep the project on track.
Ensure all provided content, images, and materials are original or properly licensed for commercial use.
Review and approve design concepts, content layouts, and functionality in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Upon full payment of the initial €299 fee, you will own all rights to the website content, design, and custom code. This includes:
Web48.ltd retains the right to showcase the completed website in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
Third-party tools, frameworks, plugins, fonts, or stock images used in your website remain subject to their respective licenses. We ensure all third-party components are properly licensed for commercial use.
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Web48.ltd's liability is limited as follows:
Web48.ltd will not be held liable for the following circumstances:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill.
Third-party content, services, or websites linked from your website.
Downtime or issues caused by third-party hosting providers or internet service providers.
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question: €299 for website creation or €49 for one month of maintenance. This represents the full extent of our financial responsibility under any circumstances.
Your privacy is our priority. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection regulations.
Information collected through our order forms and communications is used solely for the following purposes:
Designing, developing, and delivering your website and providing ongoing customer support and maintenance.
Processing secure payments through Stripe and sending invoices and receipts for your records.
Communicating updates, milestones, and important information about your website project.
Your Privacy Matters: We never sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is stored securely and used exclusively for delivering our services to you.
Web48.ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
Notice of Changes: All changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Modified" date. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the Republic of Slovenia.
Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Slovenia. We encourage resolving disputes amicably through direct communication before pursuing legal action.
